While there are some foods we should all be eating more of, men and women also
have their own set of dietary requirements as well as their own unique health concerns.
Here are ten foods all women should eat

1) Butternut squash
Butternut squash — like many other yellow/orange fruit and vegetables — is packed with
carotenoids such as alpha-carotene and beta-carotene.
While carotenes should be included in everybody's diet for optimum health,
they may prove essential to women's health as a high-carotenoid diet has been linked to lowered risks of both breast and ovarian cancer

2) SalmonSalmon has a multitude of positive health benefits for women.
Not only is it rich in iron — which is integral to the diets of premenopausal women — but it is packed with omega-3 fatty acids, known for their mood-enhancing effects.
Studies have suggested that omega-3 can help beat depression
(something that affects twice as many women as men)
and prevent mood swings, while salmon can also boost babies' intelligence
when eaten during pregnancy

3) Flax SeedsFlax seeds are a good source of Omega-3 fatty acids and have been linked to reduced risk of breast cancer
and heart disease. The seeds' anti-inflammatory properties are also good for preventing arthritis,
while their digestive benefits can help irritable bowel syndrome; two painful conditions which are
more prevalent in women than men

4) Tomatoes
Another vibrant carotenoid beneficial for women's health is lycopene, a pigment found in tomatoes.
Studies have suggested that lycopene may be effective in preventing breast cancer.
Furthermore, there has been considerable evidence to suggest that the powerful antioxidant can help
reduce risk of heart disease — the leading cause of death in women in the US, Australia, England and Wales.

5) Cranberries
Various studies have suggested strong links between consuming cranberries and reduced risks of breast cancer
and heart disease. However, the most notorious benefit of cranberries is their ability to prevent and cure
urinary tract infections such as cystitis, which is eight times more likely to occur in women than men.
One study suggests that drinking two glasses of cranberry juice a day can prevent the symptoms of common UTIs in women

6) Spinach
Spinach is rich in many different vitamins and minerals, but one thing that makes it great for women is
its high content of magnesium. Research has shown that magnesium may be beneficial in reducing
many of the physical symptoms of PMS which plague women, including reduction of swelling, breast tenderness, bloating and weight gain

7) Figs
Figs are a great health food, containing many vital minerals and vitamins as well as contributing to your daily portions of fruit and veg. Two minerals found in figs that are particularly beneficial to women's health are iron, which is often deficient in menstruating women, and calcium, which is
important for post-menopausal women, who are more prone to osteoporosis.


8) MilkMilk is a great source of calcium, which is extremely beneficial to women's health, particularly when combined with vitamin D (found in some varieties of milk and many fortified milk products).
Consumption of the combined nutrients is not only good for warding off osteoporosis,but a study has suggested that a diet rich in calcium and vitamin D could ease, or even prevent, symptoms of PMS.

9) OatsOats are literally packed with health-boosting nutrients, many of which have great impacts on female health.

Whoever coined the term food additives had it all wrong. Including something new in a food doesn't always add up to more, at least when it comes to your health. Studies that test the safety of additives are based on animal trials. It is difficult to deduce whether the results of an animal study equate to human health, though many of these studies show that some additives could be cancer-causing.

1. Sodium nitrite
The list of the 12 most dangerous additives to red flag-until we know more-includes the preservative sodium nitrite, used to preserve, color, and flavor meat products. Sodium nitrite is commonly added to bacon, ham, hot dogs, luncheon meats, smoked fish, and corned beef to stabilize the red color and add flavor. The preservative prevents growth of bacteria, but studies have linked eating it to various types of cancer. "This would be at the top of my list of additives to cut from my diet," says Christine Gerbstadt, M.D., M.P.H., R.D., L.D.N., a spokesperson for the American Dietetic Association. "Under certain high-temperature cooking conditions such as grilling, it transforms into a reactive compound that has been shown to promote cancer."


2. BHA and BHT
Butylated hydroxyanisole (BHA) and butylated hydrozyttoluene (BHT) are additional additives to red flag. They are antioxidants used to preserve common household foods by preventing them from oxidizing. Both keep fats and oils from going rancid and are found in cereals, chewing gum, potato chips, and vegetable oils, but there is concern that they may cause cancer. "The structure of BHA and BHT will change during this process [of preserving food], and may form a compound that reacts in the body," says Gerbstadt. "BHA and BHT are not stable or inert. They're not just hanging out and being excreted by the body." Gerbstadt says that they are obviously not added for the purpose of giving people cancer, but for some people, some of the time, there may be that risk.


3. Propyl gallate

Propyl gallate is another preservative to avoid. It's used to prevent fats and oils from spoiling and is often used in conjunction with BHA and BHT. This additive is sometimes found in meat products, chicken soup base, and chewing gum. Propyl gallate has not been proven to cause cancer, but studies done on animals have suggested that it could be linked to cancer, so it is an additive to be concerned about. "It's important to read the label," says Gerbstadt. "You really have to carry a cheat sheet around in the supermarket. I try to buy as few foods as possible containing preservatives."


4. Monosodium glutamate
Monosodium glutamate is an amino acid used as a flavor enhancer in soups, salad dressings, chips, frozen entrees, and restaurant food. It is commonly associated with Asian foods and flavorings. MSG can cause headaches and nausea in some people, and animal studies link it to damaging nerve cells in the brains of infant mice. Gerbstadt recommends replacing MSG with a small amount of salt when possible. "Why bother using MSG when you can live without it?" she says. "MSG can cause migraine-like headaches and create other adverse affects for certain people. It is a flavor enhancer, but you'd be better of putting in a few grains of salt."

5. Trans fats
Trans fat makes it onto our dirty dozen list because eating too much of it leads to heart disease. "Trans fats are proven to cause heart disease, and make conditions perfect for stroke, heart attack, kidney failure, and limb loss due to vascular disease," says Gerbstadt. "It would be wonderful if they could be banned." Manufacturers have modified product ingredients lists to reduce the amount of trans fats, and are required to label trans fats amounts, but restaurant food, especially fast food chains, still serve foods laden with trans fats. Experts recommend we consume no more than two grams of trans fat per day, an amount easily accounted for if you eat meat and dairy.


6. Aspartame
Aspartame, also known by the brand names Nutrasweet and Equal, is an additive found in so-called diet foods such as low-calorie desserts, gelatins, drink mixes, and soft drinks. It also comes in individual packages used in place of sugar as a sweetener. The safety of aspartame, a combination of two amino acids and methanol, has been the focus of hundreds of scientific studies. Conclusions by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the World Health Organization, the ADA, and the Food and Agriculture Organization indicated that the additive is safe. Conversely, the Center for Science in the Public Interest gave it their lowest ranking in a review of food additives, quoting animal studies in 1970 and in 2007, which suggest that there is a link between aspartame and cancer. Gerbstadt, spokesperson from the ADA-an organization that supports the general safety of aspartame-says that the additive might be unhealthy for some people-especially those with the disease phenylketonuria, an enzyme disorder-because it contains phenalalanine. "Some people may be sensitive to it, and it's easy to avoid," she says. *


7. Acesulfame-K
This is a relatively new artificial sweetener, approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in 1998 for use in soft drinks. It is also found in baked goods, chewing gum, and gelatin desserts. Acesulfame-K-the "K" is the chemistry symbol for potassium-is considered 200 times sweeter than sugar. While Gerbstadt isn't specifically concerned about this sweetener when used in moderation, there is a general concern that testing on this product has been scant. Some studies showed the additive may cause cancer in rats, but the substance makes top 12 lists of additives to avoid because further study is needed to conclude whether or not acesulfame-K is harmful.


8. Food colorings: Blue 1, 2; Red 3; Green 3; and Yellow 6
You may think that all dangerous artificial food colorings were banned by the FDA long ago, but there are five still on the market that are linked with cancer in animal testing. "Always opt for the product without the color, if you have a choice," says Gerbstadt. "I'm not saying to avoid all coloring. Many are made from natural sources. But some specific dye colors do promote tumor formation, in the right combination and conditions." Blue 1 and 2, found in beverages, candy, baked goods and pet food, are considered low risk but have been linked to cancer in mice. Red 3, used to dye cherries, fruit cocktail, candy, and baked goods, has been shown to cause thyroid tumors in rats. Green 3, added to candy and beverages, though rarely used, has been linked to bladder cancer. Studies have linked the widely used yellow 6-added to beverages, sausage, gelatin, baked goods, and candy-to tumors of the adrenal gland and kidney.


9. Olestra
Olestra, a synthetic fat known as the brand name Olean and found in some brands of potato chips, prevents fat from getting absorbed in your digestive system. This often leads to severe diarrhea, abdominal cramps, and gas. "If you eat fat when taking Olestra, the fat is going to go right through you," says Gerbstadt. More significantly, though, Olestra inhibits healthy vitamin absorption from fat-soluble carotenoids that are found in fruits and vegetables and thought to reduce the risk of cancer and heart disease. "It blocks fat absorption, but it also blocks vitamin absorption," says Gerbstadt.


10. Potassium bromate
Potassium bromate is rare, but still legal in the U.S., and used as an additive to increase volume in white flour, breads, and rolls. Most bromate rapidly breaks down to an innocuous form, but it is known to cause cancer in animals-and even small amounts in bread can create a risk for humans. California requires a cancer warning on the product label if potassium bromate is an ingredient.


11. White sugar
Some foods, such as fruits and carrots, naturally contain sugar, but watch out for foods with added sugars, such as baked goods, cereals, crackers, even sauces and many other processed foods. Gerbstadt includes white sugar on the list of 12 because although it is non-toxic, large amounts are unsafe for our health and promote bad nutrition. "Simple sugars shouldn't take up more than about 10 percent of the total calories you consume daily," says Gerbstadt. Yet most Americans already are eating way over that amount, consuming 20, 30, or 40 percent of their calories from simple sugars, she says. Too much sugar not only leads to problems with weight control, tooth decay and blood sugar levels in diabetics; it also replaces good nutrition. "In addition to providing unnecessary calories, your body needs nutrients to metabolize sugar, so it robs your body of valuable vitamins and minerals," says Gerbstadt.


12. Sodium chloride

A dash of sodium chloride, more commonly known as salt, can certainly bring flavor to your meal. But salt is another hidden food additive that can lead to health issues. "Small amounts of salt are needed by the body and are beneficial in preserving food," says Gerbstadt. "Excessive amounts of salt can become dangerous for your health, affecting cardiovascular function, leading to high blood pressure, heart attack, stroke, and kidney failure."

I don't know if anyone else has this problem, but one big problem in my life is INCONSISTENCY! No matter how bad things get, I somehow, Alhamdulilah by the grace of Allah, motivate myself and try to think positive. I try, I know I can probably do much better, but I do try to pick up good habits in place of bad habits. For example I will start reciting one Hizb or Juz a day, then I will start praying Extra Salaat, then I will tell myself NO More wasting time watching TV(A very bad habit of mine!) and when I do start these things I am really sincere and I really do want to continue but unfortunately, usually it only lasts for a couple of days, or if I'm really focused at most a week or a month. I don't know how to be consistent, SubhanalaAllah. Please, Please Please dear sisters give me your advice on what I can do to solve this huge problem. I cannot for some strange reason stay focused on something. I always start things and leave them in the middle.

People should not be led astray by people who say they are doing the right thing, for example;-

1. There is no Islamic law to punish and go against someone if they don’t give you a job!
2. There is no Islamic law to punish and go against someone if they don’t give the poor their due!

All of the above Allah punishes himself, whether in this world or the next, or both, or only the next.

People are listening to the West and only care about their life and comforts of this world. So they only seek to revolt against their leaders if they don’t have jobs, etc-but this is incorrect in Islam. We only go against people if they are calling themselves Muslims, but clearly leading people astray. I do not support the movement AS people are not going against Hosni Mubarak for not leading people correctly ie how many times does he tell people to worship the one God, remember the Day of Judgement, Paradise and Hell? It is the job of every leader to do this-even Allah said that Pharaoh was wrong for leading his people astray-Allah did NOT to Prophet Moses peace be upon him that you need to get rid of Pharaoh and then take the advantage and get what you want from the people-no the message is for all.

So people in Egypt are not going against Hosni Mubarak because he is not being a good Muslim (closing borders to the Palestinians etc) but because he is not giving them what they want for the life of this world. There are of course Muslims who dislike Hosni Mubarak for being evil-but as a Muslim we accept that people are being tested and people are choosing their side ie what do they want the life of the next world or the this one? It is not a Muslim’s job to take over a nation with a majority of people who want the life of this world and give them what they want. There are a lot of people quoting Muslim state-I urge people to read the story of the companions and how they lived, the emphasis was to talk and tell people to save themselves from the fires of Hell and pay the poor due-you don’t build a Muslim state first and then get people to accept Islamic laws before they accept Islam. There is no basis in their approach as there is no compulsion in Islam. So why didn’t they fight against the corrupted 30 years ago???

People did not stand by Prophet Jesus peace be upon him and let him be crucified (but he did not die), there were those that refused to fight and asked Prophet Moses peace be upon him and God to fight for them-and then they were astray, and so Allah is not going to help people who refuse to stand for Islam. People could argue that the reasons why Islam is successful is because we listened and stood by Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him. We do not make any distinctions between the Prophets as stated in the Quran, but we talk of Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him as we have benefited from his teachings.

Allah has said there are those that say they believe in Allah and the last day but they believe not. Now if I was to say to an Egyptian;-

The UK for example after all the time they received and natural disasters they have witnessed and Islam they are rejecting are saying they want to recover and build a prosperous nation-would an Egyptian find this acceptable??? They are not continuing and neither is “Egypt”. The people of Aad and Thamud were destroyed and so will these countries that you see today, the reason why they don’t know what to do, as there isn’t anything else to do! Typical evil only repeat themselves playing politics-but look it no longer fits -and they are trying to wrap their heads around what to do-but they cannot interfere with Allah providing a fair test to the people of Egypt. Allah be praised!

If I was living in Egypt, they are aware that there was a war on so called terror, natural disasters, and they dare to talk about living in this world?? Muslims are content and grateful to what they have, and obviously they have got by so far-how many of them are dying of starvation?? Even still they will see on the Day of Judgement that they were in error complaining about not having much in this world when it is an huge opportunity to earn so much by being content to Allah, and earning so much in the next world.

In Islam we remain Muslims even when;-

-we are poor,
-we are suffering through so much,
-even in the month of Ramadan, people are showing to Allah that they are being obedient to Allah and remaining Muslims without food as what is dear to have Allah pleased with them. Allah has made reference to people who when their ship was in a storm, they prayed to Allah to be saved, but when they were and came to shore, they thought not of Allah.


There are people praying after their Friday prayers and then looking for the life of this world!

Egyptians should think about what for example all those Egyptians died the last few days are thinking of their cause-those Egyptians who have died;-

1. Don’t care about Egypt,
2. See how terrible it is after all that has happened in this world, people think less of the Day of Judgement, after all the natural disasters.
3. If you died you would only say it is acceptable if a person is going against someone in this world for being evil. Not to go against someone because you couldn’t live here how you want to live. Ie no dead person would accept the reasons for the battle of Badr, but no dead Egyptian would accept there cause as a good one.



Considering were we are in this world, I think its good for them to have their wake up call, Allah allows evil people to do what they want in this world and then they see that their wealth and their children will not save them from the fires of Hell. For the people who are protesting for the life of this world, it is good that Allah has allowed them to confront frankly their own desires in this world and they will come to know that there is NO future for Egypt, it is of cause a farce that the US says they are going to build a prosperous nation-when they accept homosexuality, reject Islam, it like people saying when they reject Prophet Noah peace be upon him, we reject your message we are going to live here for the life of this world-frankly that is preposterous. Even the people at the time of Prophet Lut peace be upon him were destroyed. You don’t just reject Islam and then say that things will be the same. Obviously Egypt needed a wake up call, at least in Ireland they are already saying it wouldn’t make a difference who was in charge as it will not improve Ireland in the foreseeable future, etc. At least people are getting and are saying that life is not better for the children -a reversible when it used to be that parents thought that things would get better for them.

Allah does NOT care about Egypt, frankly he is keeping you alive, to give you time to make the best choices for you in this world as it is your only opportunity to make it to Paradise! Which is were you worship Allah, remember the Day of Judgement and in Paradise and Hell. Which is obviously what the Egyptians need to do, and not look for the life of this world. It is not about copying and want what others have in this world-it has already been mentioned not to look at what others have in this world. We live here, pay our bills etc, but we don’t focus on what we get in this world but look towards the next-which if they even read about the time of the Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him, people can see how far they have changed their agendas on what they want. They talk as like the west-saying to others you wouldn’t ask us to give up on finding food etc, as you have food-we are not asking people not to work, and work for food-but we are content and grateful for whatsoever Allah has provided us with, but we are not going to go further, ie if you had cucumbers, but you couldn’t afford tomatoes-then you cannot complain! You always have to be grateful for what Allah has provided.

Remember Allah and the Day of Judgement much and do NOT be led astray by people who claim to stand for good, when they only look for this life of this world. We Muslim do not fight for people who want the life of this world, our causes are not the same. Do not get involved, let people see for themselves that Egypt will not get better and they better be strong and steadfast in Islam as things are only going to get worse when people go through the Major signs of the Day of Judgement! So this is an opportunity to pray to Allah and worship him in peace and do NOT get involved with this, as only join the Mahdi and the Prophet Jesus peace be upon him when he arrives back-so at least you know that you are rightly guided and not follow people who care for the life of this world (even other countries such as when the in Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia-why did not the leaders say we will be one nation united if they are so serious about Muslim Ummah?? There is not going to be an Islamic state see the “Major signs of the Day of Judgement” thread. Guard yourselves from those that lead other people astray. I will leave this thread for people to guard themselves from a day were no doubt they would not want to be associated with people who look for the life of this world.

Thought I carry out a quick market research of what the muslim community are looking for within their area...

I got a venue where I can open something, but the problem is i'm not sure what the ladies/children want...

some ideas i had were the following:

nursery
homeschool support group
ladies classes ie henna, beauty therapy,esol classes, islamic classes, morning coffee (mothers get together eat, share knowledge, make friends, maybe go on trips and so on), after school club, etc...

what are your thoughts ladies...?

i would like to do something that is required and have regulars coming in.

Being to the point on issues (not for being critical, to be to the point ie people should only fear Allah, not blame Allah etc, as people only have a short amount of time to repent) and also the fact that it should not hinder a person to making it to Paradise.

We have the story of Prophet Jesus peace be upon him's Mother in the Quran when she encountered Jibril, she warned that if he did something wrong he would be punished by Allah, as she did NOT know he was an angel, he came in the form of a Man, two main points;-

1. She was only afraid of Allah
2. Jibril came in the guise of a beautiful man and she wasn't thinking about having a relationship with him!

Surah Maryam:-

16. Relate in the Book (the story of) Mary, when she withdrew from her family to a place in the East.
17. She placed a screen (to screen herself) from them; then We sent her our angel, and he appeared before her as a man in all respects.
18. She said: "I seek refuge from thee to ((Allah)) Most Gracious: (come not near) if thou dost fear Allah."
19. He said: "Nay, I am only a messenger from thy Lord, (to announce) to thee the gift of a holy son.
20. She said: "How shall I have a son, seeing that no man has touched me, and I am not unchaste?"

The recently talked about victim was afraid of this attacker-of course she won't be saying on the Day of Judgement that it was normal to be afraid of him and be forced to perform sexual acts on him- She could have defended herself more, she was even fatter then he was.

In the Islamic world we are taught that a woman guards herself, not the belief that a man is going to protect you, you are responsible for who you talk to etc. You don't go to paradise because someone has attacked you, you have to at least believe in the one God, which includes not being afraid of an idiot. In the West they teach people to be afraid of them, but Muslims only teach people to be afraid of Allah.

The people who attack females are not Men, a Man going to Paradise is not equal to the one going to Hell. So its not just about saying its the attacker's fault-of course its their fault, but people are obviously evil and you need to protect yourself from evil, they don't have labels saying who is evil, but the recent case, unfortunately he was sending sexual messages to this 16 year old which the media said she found flattering -again if she did meet a boy and they were in a relationship, people wouldn't be critical but of course its all wrong, lewd behaviour.

Women should be treated like princesses and treat themselves as such and not place themselves in a position of talking about sex with a person they aren't married to, and now we are hearing a case were a male in the US who was posing as a female online and getting other boys to pose nude photographs of themselves and then he was blackmailing them and even got one of them to force sexual acts on him.

As far as I'm concerned, if they don't act like children then you can't be treated like one.

People are tested, and if you are raped etc, you are not exempted from seeing if you have passed your test on the Day of Judgement, of course if you are killed at a young age then you are, but if you are raped at a young age and continue to live in this world, you are not exempted from being tested. People who have been raped do not sit in Paradise forever crying, in another post I have mentioned an evil person's act is not so huge that it eclipses the sun, stop you from looking in awe towards Allah.

What do you expect Allah to say that sexual violations are the one thing that my believers cannot get over? That it’s the only thing capable of bringing them down? It’s the only thing that will ruin them? Of course we are not brought down by sexual violations, does it tell the body to die, or to tell us to stop noticing what Allah has created? Is the sexual violation so much that it will prevent them from enjoying themselves in Paradise? No.

People say why should Allah allow these things to happen, when they are enjoying themselves they don't thank Allah, but when something bad happens to them they question Allah?? When they are on holiday, enjoying themselves, they don't remember Allah and say this is from him, but when they are raped they blame Allah and say this is only from him? We are being tested in this world on what we can do, not being tested on what Allah can do for us, Allah is not testing himself, the West talk about respecting, showing kindness-then why are they not questioning the rapist on why he is not been kind-for they were saying that people can be good without Allah. There are victims of rape that are more critical of religion, then being critical of rapist. Why were they more afraid of them then Allah? Now they are saying in the West that if you are abused as a child then its more likely that you will grow up to be abusive. This in religion is wrong, treat people how you want to be treated they say that so many times, but obviously they are not giving it much thought. If a person was abused as a child, then he/she knows they did not like it, so why grow up to be abusive to others? So that means if they were never abused as children they would have still grown up to be abusive to others as having their own personal experience did not stop them from being abusive. Its is not written on their records that they did not understand what they were doing was bad. Also they have a better understanding that the victim does not enjoy what they are doing, hence why they are busy intimidating, and tying their victims up etc.

Why afterwards does the rape victim feel embarrassed, and wished they had done more to stand up for themselves, if they are blaming Allah, how many of them call to Allah for help when they were raped?? If your spending a lot of time looking towards males in this world rather then Allah knowing full well that rapes have occurred, then why are they complaining to Allah?? If you made your whole life about alcohol and then died by it, then why would you complain to Allah? Do these people think that Allah is going to protect, people for being lewd etc. Make a bid deal about something other then Allah , then why complain about it?

As I say, say something you will be able to repeat on the Day of Judgement, and a rape victim is not going to be thinking about her rape case throughout that Day-what she will be saying is that she/he wished that they remembered this Day more, and repent if she has not already done so.

They complain about Islam, when they are ruining their children's lives, they want to sort out Iraq and Afghanistan when they can't even help their own children have decent, good lives. So many people in poverty in their countries too. The above are some of the situations that people have faced, but we don’t need every situation as its about people fearing Allah and about them standing on the Day of Judgement wishing they had not spent time fearing evil people.

Islam is a strong, true religion, we have the Quran and thank Allah that he has told people to guard themselves, fear him just as the magicians did at Pharoah's court were they were willing to have their hand and feet chopped at alternative sides because they refused to leave Islam (written in the Quran too). People sometimes say that unless you have faced this situation you cannot speak about it, Islam covers our lives, and again it is covered as they will not be exempted from their tests just because someone attacked them. We have to prove that we are bigger, better, stronger and of course we are to someone's sexual violations, is a person going to say that we can't bear the thought of an angel coming down to see them as they are so traumatised by the events? No they will be willing to have an angel to come and visit them. Are they going to say they are so traumatised they don't want to be raised to Paradise?

What people complain about the most is not having their "perfect" ideal way of living, they complain that they are not living as people do in Paradise, they are treated well non-stop, have a perfect marriage etc, so when they lose their perfect way of living in this world (which Islam has never taught as even Allah said do the good people think they will not be tested?) they become angry. Allah will punish the rapist, he did not arrange for a person to be raped to be tested, it is rather that we have free will in this world and people not only use their free will to be good, but more over do it for evil. It is society (not Islam) that do not want to discuss these things and when something happens they don’t know what to say and rather hush up the matter without resolving the issue, and stopping lewd behaviours, and teaching about Islam.

People who don’t learn on Islam say that we have not clearly written the person’s sins so we don't know what to say about it, an evil deed is not complicated that we don’t know what to say about it. We are not going to have a long checklist miles and miles long about all the forms of evil and problems the people do and face, it all comes down to believing in Allah and the Day of Judgement, if they dispute this then see them on the Day of Judgement as they will not care about just discussing someone’s sexual violations etc, it’s about saving themselves from hell. Or are they going to say that just because they were raped they couldn’t think, sleep, breath, eat, work whilst they were in this world? We should continuously be grateful to Allah, no evil act will stop us from being happy with our parents, with our past good deeds, and neither should it stop us ultimately from being happy with Allah.

There are those that don’t think and say that football is their religion, well;-

1. Football did not create this world,
2. Are they willing to die for a football? Of course as a Muslim we die in a state of acceptance in Islam.
3. Are they willing to fast for a month for football?
4. When there is a disaster, and they are fleeing from a volcanic eruption would they be thinking about football??

It does remind me of when some people say that the last thing they would do if the Day of Judgement was going to happen is have sex. This shows their ignorance. Of course they should think that do people think about sex when they are running away from a tsunami?? Are they thinking about sex when they are fleeing from a fire? No, So why would they think of it, if they are in a state knowing absolutely certain that they whole world is going to end tomorrow, people will be afraid, and then on the Day of Judgement all are standing in rows, towards Allah, NOT looking at each other.

So as above they are willing to say anything in jest, but squandering their opportunity to make it to Paradise.

I told someone, that I don’t like the amount of time they spend watching football, as they are wasting time, better spent on focusing on themselves.

You have to die in a state of being a Muslim, belief in the one God, the Day of Judgement, Paradise and Hell. We don’t know when we’re going to die, so you can’t complain on the Day of Judgement if someone took away your life, saying you could have been a Muslim in the future-Allah is not going to send you to Paradise on what you would have done, but what you have done-Allah is Merciful he does not allow anyone to leave this world without having a fair test, he knows that there are people who don’t change and die in a state of those who enter the fires of Hell. Of course the Muslims don’t complain if someone takes away our life as we die in a state of being a Muslim.

Even the magicians at Pharaoh’s court died in a state of accepting the message that Allah had provided, if they did not-and if they begged Pharaoh not to chop off their hands and feet at alternative sides then they would have gone to Hell!

Suicide

I have heard people who have even committed suicide-which is an awful sin-as you are not even in control of your body in the first place, I don’t tell my heart to beat and tell my other organs to function-Allah has been keeping my body alive-so you are killing what belongth to Allah anyway. Its not OK to stop living because you’ve had enough.

If you can’t stand living in this world, then how an earth are you going to cope forever in the next world?? Why should Allah “uncreate” (kill us permanently in the next world too) us??? When there is nothing wrong with him creating us in the first place? Just because you make your life not about Allah, then commit suicide then why should Allah undo what he has done? There are those that have taken their lives when they have been in a state of pain and illness, so again when things are working for you, you are happy to live with, but when things get tough they cannot cope and decide to end their lives in this world?? This of course does not make any sense, cannot value your life, then surely Paradise is not their for you.

Sexual violations

Just because you got raped, that does not mean you enter Paradise, again you have to be in a state of being a Muslim. There are those that say they cannot move forward-that is because of the devil’s whispers, they repeat it to them, that they don’t want that person to do anything else. There are those that have even committed suicide-then what are they saying that;-

-a person who raped you defines your life???
-does being raped mean that you stop eating and cannot be content with whatsoever Allah has provided?
-are they going to stand on the Day of Judgement and openly say (and not forgetting that everyone in the history of this world will be there), that they could not continue accepting Allah because someone raped them??? This is humiliation for THEM, that they say just because someone raped them that they not accepting Allah-were do they think they get all the varieties of fruits from etc?? Who creates night and day??
-they will look down on the person who had raped them on the Day of Judgement and wished that they did NOT make their lives about that person’s actions-as that person’s actions is not important! Allah is Great, that is what they should look towards! It will be absolutely humiliating that they made their life short because of that person’s action more then the act of being raped etc. You do NOT define your life by what somebody does in way of rape etc. You life is more then that-it belongs to Allah to worship him!

They say why has Allah allowed us to be raped. Allah has already answered that-these people are happy to attribute all the bad things to Allah, but when something good happens to them they forget about him! For example if they were on holiday and enjoying themselves, or at a theme park, they don’t remember Allah-so when they are enjoying themselves they don’t remember him but whenever something bad happens to them even if they fell ill they quickly blame Allah!!!

1. So how can you blame Allah for all the bad things but not thank him for the good things??

Allah allows people to be tested in this world, for us to see what we are capable of doing. He is not going to stop people from doing evil-as its OUR JOB to stop ourselves from being evil!!! He does of course take evil people at their appointed time. This our test. Of course we are not going to talk as people have been conditioned to in the west by thinking they are saying the right things to make them appear caring when what they say means nothing at all, for example when there are those that say we feel sorry for people who do go through bad things-well don’t we all! That does not mean that there test stops, that they cannot be the best they can be, stand up strong as Men and women and make it to Paradise.

Their thoughts mean nothing as of course see the non-Muslims on the Day of Judgement, they won’t be repeating what they say in this world, do you think they will be saying to Allah that I felt sorry for that person, do you think that their sympathy means anything when they are in the inhabitants of Hell fire? No of course not, even non-Muslims say we feel sorry for children who died in natural disasters-well I say see those children on the Day of Judgement, they will NOT care how many times you say you felt sorry for them as they don’t care about the inhabitants of Hell-fire!! Those children who have died and are going to Paradise don’t care about the sayings of non-Muslims, lewds, homosexuals etc. Their so called sympathy means nothing! How many lewd females have said we feel sorry for children that have died-well they are being looked after by Muslim women! Yes there are angels but we are a race of humans and we can look after each other. What do they think that when children die they are going to be looked after by females showing their breasts, their legs etc??

Non-Muslims only want to say they care because if something happens to them they don’t want people to be critical of them! Living a lie, typical evil, even going as far as saying that natural disasters don’t happen because Allah is warning/punishing people. They want to say this to avoid the truth and criticism. Evil people are aware that they will be criticised and they only try to stop criticism as per the “Freedom and evil acceptance” thread.

They talk of showing sympathy and kindness when they are inviting people to the fires of Hell, they say we should respect people’s decisions to commit suicide (when they go to the fire), we will never accept what Allah has taught us;-

1. Prophet Jesus peace be upon him did NOT say that because you’ve been raped its ok for you to reject Islam-there are no reasons, no reasons at all why people should reject Islam!! So of course we are talking about people who are understanding of the issues not mentally disabled or young children etc.
2. No Prophets ever said its OK to commit suicide because you feel sad.
3. There are those that have been victim to abuses who want the evil doers to show remorse-they will do on the Day of Judgement they will be in despair, a state that you have not seen anyone be in this world.
4. After sympathy and attention, the evil doers have nothing, even on the Day of Judgement the evil doers parents, children would have wished they became Muslims-ignoring their other evil relatives.
5. The test in this world is not to see how much you enjoy eating strawberries, chocolate, and ice-cream, the test isn’t to see how much you would enjoy yourself, but to be steadfast in Islam regardless of whatever happens, ie like the magicians at Pharaoh’s court who even had their hands and feet chopped off at alternative sides!
6. In effect you are willing to give up your life because of someone’s ill will to you, or life in this world is not how you want it to be (when its only a test), but your not willing to stand in this world for Islam. They die for a lower thing then die in the best conditions -being a Muslim. Even a donkey is in a better position in front of Allah then the evil doers being sent to Hell!

So listen to Allah and not to the evil doers lies covered with so called sympathy-as they are only inviting you the paths of Hell fire-if you really accept their lies, then ask for their so called sympathy on the Day of Judgement-but of course they will provide you with non-if they were truly speaking the truth, then they would be forbidding evil and enjoining good and telling people to stop being lewd and be modest and worship Allah! They are not better then the Prophets Jesus, Ibrahim, Moses, Noah, Lut, David, Muhammad peace be upon them, so listen to the Prophets instead of evil doers!

Its been shown that there are a few people who rather listen to the lies and ignorant teachings of Hinduism rather then listening to what Islam says about the subject first. Hindus say they believe in the one God (then there are Muslims who are saying we believe in the same as you-I would NEVER say this) but there are also many Gods and Goddesses-therefore they are liars, and of course in terrible sin, we do not share anything with them, when they say they believe in the one God too-(when if you did you would not be accepting idols) How can you ignore Allah and then say you accept idols?? In terrible sin.

It is NOT possible to accept idols after accepting the Creator of the Universe-he does not have any children or share the running of the Universe with anyone-anyone looking towards him would find it impossible to look towards anyone else. Everything that is in the heavens and the earth belongth to him and he will be judging everyone personally on the Day of Judgement.

If you accepted the one God;-

1. You would be not be saying he shares the running of Creation with anyone, he does not have any children, no one else can be God, there is only one God. Allah is All-Aware, All-Seeing, and All-Hearing, can another God keep his thoughts and actions hidden from Allah when he knows everything? NO, So there is no other God.

2. Allah is the Sustainer, everyone needs Allah to still be alive, he is the giver and taker of life. So how can Hindus say that there are other Gods running this World, the Sun, Hell when they cannot even keep themselves alive and don’t exist?? Even the angels cannot live without him. They by Allah’s will do actions, but they still need Allah to accomplish them, ie take a person’s soul. Even they are told how to do their job, they do not know accept what Allah has revealed to them;-


In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.
Allah! There is no God but He,
the Living, the Self-subsisting, the Eternal.
No slumber can seize Him, nor sleep.
All things in heaven and earth are His.
Who could intercede in His presence without His permission?
He knows what appears in front of and behind His creatures.
Nor can they encompass any knowledge of Him except what he wills.
His throne extends over the heavens and the earth,
and He feels no fatigue in guarding and preserving them,
for He is the Highest and Most Exalted

The Holy Qur'an, Chapter 2, Verse 255

Allah, the Most High, speaks the truth.



3. Anyone who is accepting them saying they believe in the one God-are accepting what Allah has told you not to, even he disapproves of the Christians accepting idol worship. They say they believe in the one God, but they are still idol worshippers by saying that Allah has taken himself a son, and saying that Prophet Jesus peace be upon him is their Saviour when he is not. As per the “Love, love say the Christians” and the “Why Prophet Jesus peace be upon him does NOT love the Christ
ians” thread. Here are some verses from the Quran;-

73. They do blaspheme who say: Allah is one of three in a Trinity: for there is no god except One Allah. If they desist not from their word (of blasphemy), verily a grievous penalty will befall the blasphemers among them.


They are idol worshippers, and idol worshippers in the past knew that they worshipped what benefited them not, they continue to do evil for the same reasons as others to look for the life of this world, when it is only temporary. The idol worshippers in the past, as soon as a Prophet said one God-and NOT the idols they created-were unhappy as they could not tell others how to live, and what to do, play their society games, tell people who to get married to, oppress others etc. They want to talk about respecting, and being kind to others-but this is far from it, of course we are not surprised like Christians they talk about being kind when they are inviting people to the fire. Again we are not surprised that they talk about being kind, as of course evil people do not want any criticism for their idol worship, lewd behaviour. Even people talking about “humanity” when they support homosexuality etc. They are evil. Prophet Ibrahim peace be upon him did NOT say to the idol worshippers that you are still good if you talk about being kind to others (when actually their focus is on other people not stopping being critical of them). Its rather like the race issue, there are people who know that people will be unhappy with their evil behaviour ie homosexuals -so in order to get people to stop being critical of them if they talk about everyone having “freedom” (when its freedom to accept evil), they are after people being nice to them to accept their evil-if they were really so good, then why are they accepting homosexuality-why are they not worshipping the one God?? They are evil. I will never say that Hindus are accepting the one God, as Muslims, as again if they did it would not be possible to create idols. Instead of readily accepting what they say-when they say we do believe in the ONE GOD, but then they go onto say they believe in God and Goddesses, having sex and people actually worshipping them. There is no intermediary -either accept the one God or the fires of Hell. No need to talk about doing kindly acts to appear good, when you are committing a terrible sin, no Prophets said that if you reject the one God the Day of Judgment, Paradise and Hell you are still good when you do good things, as you only do them to follow your own lusts.

No one has created the heavens and the Earth accept Allah,
No one knows who is going to die tomorrow accept Allah,
It is he who runs the Earth until its appointed term and give us night and day.

Allah is one ALL PRAISE is for him ALONE!!!!!!

They talk about respecting other religions, we do not respect other religions, we do not stop people from being evil as Allah would destroy them.

- Prophet Moses peace be upon him did NOT say I am going to respect the cow idol worshippers after coming down from the Mountain.
- Prophet Ibrahim peace be upon him did NOT say I am going to respect the idol religion after smashing the idol. We do follow this from the Quran;-

1 Say (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)to these Mushrikoon and Kafiroon): "O Al-Kafiroon (disbelievers in Allah, in His Oneness, in His Angels, in His Books, in His Messengers, in the Day of Resurrection, and in Al-Qadar, etc.)! 2 "I worship not that which you worship, 3 "Nor will you worship that which I worship. 4 "And I shall not worship that which you are worshipping. 5 "Nor will you worship that which I worship. 6 "To you be your religion, and to me my religion (Islamic Monotheism)."

Hope everybody had a joyous eid...?

I'm moving house in the next 2 weeks and have a 16 month old cat, who unfortunately cannot come with us and need to find her a new home, inshallah.

I'll be giving her bed, carrier, etc, since I won't be needing it.

Her name's Sahara, black, gentle and sensitive. She litter trained (Sometimes goes outside when she out) and neutered.She likes her own space and comes looking for you when she wants affection.
