Please refer to my blog which i have posted regarding these answers as im not the one that gave the incorrect answer. All quizes have to be pre=approved by creativeastro before on the site so i guess it was changes on her side.

Marriage to ones son in law is not permissable and if you accept islaam after you get married in any other religious way you do not have to make nikah the previous marriage in anyway that it was performed is still intacted
